Terms of refund


General refund procedure

1.1 Refunds for unused translation service (its part, the equivalent of unused translation symbols) translator.codeguild.com.ua is carried out by the method by which the goods and / or services were paid.
If the payment was made by electronic means of money transfer (bank card), the funds are returned to the payment card from which the ticket payment was made.

1.2 The amount of funds returned for unused service (its part, the equivalent of unused translation symbols) depends on the used tariff and the type of refusal of transportation (voluntary or forced).

1.3 Refunds are made on the basis of unused in whole or in part service or part thereof.

1.4 Refunds are made:

  • to the person specified in the order for which the payment for goods and / or services was made - in case of payment by cash or bank transfer;
  • to the account of the enterprise, institution, etc. - in case of payment by non-cash settlement;
  • to the account of the credit card holder who paid for the goods and / or services (in case of termination of the bank's activity, the funds may be transferred to the account in another bank);
Refunds are subject to the presentation of identity documents and documents confirming the right to receive the amounts specified in paragraph 3 of this chapter.

1.5 Refund service translator.codeguild.com.ua carries out within 7 working days after termination of the contract (if desired, refund for unused goods and / or services that were ordered and paid for on this site).
The refund period is calculated from the day following the day of receipt by the service of the documents required for the refund operation.

2 Refund
2.1 Compulsory refund without penalties is carried out in the following cases:
  • in any cases that make it impossible to use the service due to the fault of the service itself.
2.2 In case of forced return, the amount of money returned to the passenger must be equal to:
  • if no part of the service has been used, - an amount equal to the full value of the unused service for which it was purchased;
  • if any part of the service has been used, - an amount equal to the tariff for the unused part of the service.
2.3 In case of voluntary refund, ie if the customer wants to refund the amount paid for the service, and such refund is allowed by the rules of application of tariffs, such amount is calculated in accordance with the tariff standards of the service.

3 The right to refuse a refund
3.1 The Service has the right to refuse a refund if:
  • the application for a refund was submitted by the passenger after the expiration of the period of validity of the use of services, if such terms were specified in the order, as well as in other cases provided by these Rules;
  • The services are purchased at a special rate and the rules of its use do not provide for a refund (in the case of purchasing services at such a special rate, the Service must inform the customer when placing an order).

3.2 Refusal to refund the customer may be challenged by the customer by filing a claim for service or in court.
